The expert consenting panel appointed to determine the Wooing Tree Estate application has made its decision. Read the decision report and information on appeals.
On 26 October 2021, the expert consenting panel issued an amended decision report, making minor corrections to the decision. The amended version of the decision report replaces the original decision report granted on 29 September 2021.

On 29 September 2021, subject to conditions, the expert consenting panel granted resource consent to Wooing Tree Property Development LP.
The expert consenting panel’s decision can be appealed to the High Court in whole or in part on questions of law only.

A notice of appeal must be filed with the Registrar of the High Court within 15 working days after the date the person is notified of the expert consenting panel’s decision. A copy of the notice of appeal must also be served on the EPA.
