On 10 December 2021, Oyster Capital Limited lodged a resource consent application to subdivide and construct a housing development. It includes 376 dwellings, 9 lots for future development, open space and infrastructure.
The development is at 76, 76a, 116, 136, and 140 Waihoehoe Road, Drury, South Auckland.
On 17 December 2021, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and could be provided to the panel appointed to determine the application.

On 16 March 2022, the panel issued Minute 3 directing the cultural impact assessments by Ngai Tai ki Tamaki and Ngaati Whanaunga be withheld for the duration of the proceedings under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
The Minute also directs the cultural impact assessments by Ngati Te Ata and Ngati Tamaoho to be made available on the EPA website.
