At any time before the Expert Consenting Panel issues its final decision on The Vines Affordable Subdivision resource consent application, the Panel can request further information under clause 25(1)(a) Schedule 6 of the Act.
On 2 July 2021, the EPA on behalf of the Expert Consenting Panel requested further information from the applicant, Tasman District Council and Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA).
On 24 August 2021, the applicant provided more information to the Panel, and a report on traffic noise from Acoustics Engineering Services Limited.
