On 17 September 2021, the Nola Estate expert consenting panel issued Minute 9 inviting comments on its draft conditions.
Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application, or notice of requirement, from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.
The Nola Estate panel issued Minute 9 inviting comments on the draft conditions from the applicant and all those who provided comments in response to the invitation for comment given under clause 17(2).
