On 17 September 2021, the Nola Estate expert consenting panel issued Minute 9 inviting comments on its draft conditions.
Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application, or notice of requirement, from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.
The Nola Estate panel issued Minute 9 inviting comments on the draft conditions from the applicant and all those who provided comments in response to the invitation for comment given under clause 17(2).
Advice was sought by the panel on technical engineering matters from Beca Limited. The Beca report is included with the draft conditions as background only. It does not form part of the conditions but may assist in understanding the panel’s approach on those matters.
