On 17 September 2021, the Nola Estate Expert Consenting Panel issued Minute 9 inviting comments on the draft conditions from the applicant and all those who provided comments in response to the invitation for comment given under clause 17(2).

The draft conditions for land use and each of the subdivision stages
The application
CPM 2019 Limited will create a subdivision between 460 and 478 West Coast Road, and 317-345 Glengary Road, Glen Eden, Auckland. The subdivision will include a 246-unit residential development, including a 500m² local commercial centre and 100m² café, along with 1,705m² of reserve area.
The Minister for the Environment granted the application for referral to an expert consenting panel. On 29 January 2021, Schedule 12 was inserted into the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) referred Projects Order 2020 (the "referral order"), by clause 4 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Amendment Order 2021.
