The Molesworth Street office development Expert Consenting Panel has issued Minute 5 granting the applicant's request for a suspension to processing of the application. The suspension will commence at 11.59 pm on 7 September 2021 until a request is made by the applicant to resume processing of the application.
Primeproperty Group Limited plans to construct a 12-storey office building including retail/café space and a basement carpark located at 55-61 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
