On 24 February 2022, the Kōpū Marine Precinct expert consenting panel issued Minute 6 inviting comments on its draft conditions.

Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application, or notice of requirement, from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.
The panel issued Minute 6 inviting comments on draft conditions from the applicant and all those who responded to the invitation to comment under clause 17(2).
