Cappella Group Limited and Karaka North Village Limited have lodged an application with the EPA for the development of approximately 650 residential lots, a commercial centre, and the associated infrastructure.
The project site is located at 348 Linwood Road and 69A Dyke Road, Karaka, Auckland.
The Minister for the Environment granted the application to be referred to an expert consenting panel and, on 9 July 2021, an Order in Council referral order was issued.

On 6 July 2022, Cappella Group Limited and Karaka North Village Limited provided a revised set of application documents for their Karaka North Village project as part of their response to the further information requests made by the expert consenting panel on 23 May and 9 June 2022.
The revised application is a full replacement application package. For ease of reference, the applicant's legal counsel letter to the panel contains a table identifying which application documents have been amended or replaced.
