On 24 September 2021, the panel made minor changes to the conditions of the resource consents in their decision, to clarify compliance with the Environment Canterbury conditions. The amended decision of the expert consenting panel released on 30 September 2021 supersedes and replaces the Faringdon South West and South East development decision report released on 27 August 2021.
On 24 September 2021, the expert consenting panel issued Minute 7. It outlines their decision to make minor corrections.

On 27 August 2021, the panel granted, subject to conditions, resource consent to Hughes Developments Limited.
