On 26 October 2021, the expert consenting panel made a further correction to the resource consent in relation to condition 1. The corrections made on 19 October were intended to be shown on the updated resource consent using strikethrough and underline and a series of footnotes added identifying the date of the correction. One of the corrections was corrected in the table in Condition 1 but was not shown using strikethrough and underline.
The amended version of the resource consent replaces the original resource consent granted on 29 September 2021 and corrected on 19 October 2021.

On 18 October 2021, the expert consenting panel made corrections to the resource consent in relation to condition 1. The amended version of the resource consent replaces the original resource consent granted on 29 September 2021.

On 29 September 2021, subject to conditions, the expert consenting panel granted land-use and subdivision resource consents to Pudong Housing Development Company Ltd, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd, and Silk Road Management Ltd.

The expert consenting panel’s decision can be appealed to the High Court, in whole or in part, on questions of law only.

A notice of appeal must be filed with the Registrar of the High Court within 15 working days after the date the person is notified of the decision. A copy of the notice of appeal must also be served on the EPA.
