On 16 September 2021 the Expert Consenting Panel circulated revised draft conditions:
The application is for land-use consent and subdivision consent for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site at 360 Dominion Road, 88 Prospect Terrace and 113 Grange Road, Mt Eden, Auckland. The redevelopment will include a supermarket, retail, commercial and residential units, parking and loading and associated works.
The applicants, Pudong Housing Development Company Ltd, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd, and Silk Road Management Ltd have applied for land-use and subdivision consents.
On 4 December 2020, Schedule 7 was inserted into the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Order 2020 (the “referral order”), by clause 4 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Amendment Order (No 3) 2020.
