Comments on the conditions
Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application or notice of requirement from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.
On 9 March 2022, the Brickfields, Scott Road Development panel issued Minute 4 inviting comments on the draft land use, streamworks, reclamation, water take, diversion and discharge conditions and requested comments be returned to the EPA by 12.00 pm Tuesday 15 March 2022.

On 14 March 2022, panel issued Minute 5 inviting comments on the draft subdivision conditions. The Minute also extends the due date for comments on the draft land use, streamworks, reclamation, water take, diversion and discharge conditions, previously circulated. Comments on all conditions are now to be returned to the EPA by 12.00 pm Friday 18 March 2022.
