On 8 March 2021, the expert consenting panel issued an amended decision with updated resource consent and notices of requirement for the Te Ara Tupua Ngāūranga to Petone shared path. The amendments correct minor errors to conditions GC.1A, EM.6C(a), EM.7A, EM.17 and EM.18. The amended version of the decision replaces the original decision issued on 5 February 2021.
The Te Ara Tupua Expert Consenting Panel issued Minute 10 recording its decision on the request for minor corrections from Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency).
