On 18 August 2020, Elrick & Co Planning and Surveying on behalf of Te Mahi Korowai Trust, lodged the Papakāinga Development - Rāpaki application.
This project involves the construction of 10 residential dwellings and a shared-use building. The site is located at 2 Rāpaki Drive, Christchurch.
On 25 August 2020, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and could be provided to the expert consenting panel appointed to determine the application.
